AgVenture of Eastern Kansas Team
Dwight holds a BS in Agronomy from Kansas State University and has been with AgVenture for five years. He was raised in the fertilizer business, started farming in 1981 and has served as an agronomist for the last 20 years. His experience with agronomics, ag chemical and fertilizer is a asset to the whole AgVenture team. Dwight is also a firm believer in the Maximum Profit System as it relates to your farm operation. Dwight and his wife, Shawn, live with their son in Nortonville. Dwight enjoys farming, family time, traveling and history.
Tom Woodworth introduced AgVenture to eastern Kansas in 2006. Along with co-owning and managing AgVenture of Eastern Kansas, he is also an AgVenture Yield Specialist. Tom grew up on a farm in western Illinois, where he farmed, before moving to Missouri and later settling in Kansas in 1992. He has been in the seed business for over 30 years, and having worked as a field sales manager for a major retail seed company in the past, Tom has seen a variety of different programs used by seed companies and is confident in saying the Maximum Profit System is the best he has been a part of. With AgVenture, he has the opportunity to put together a simple program that has been very well-received, with great results in raising profits for farmers.
Mike has a degree in accounting from Pittsburg State University and has been with AgVenture for six years. He is proficient in AgVenture’s Maximum Profit System, a system combining service and product knowledge continuing from fall to fall, planning to harvest. Mike is the operations manager, an AgVenture Yield Specialist (AYS), and is SMS Advanced Certified. His knowledge of precision agriculture helps farmers utilize their technology to make informed decisions on their farm. Mike and his wife, Stephanie, along with their two daughters, live in Yates Center. Mike enjoys family, playing golf and following all kinds of sports.
Regina Woodworth is co-owner of AgVenture of Eastern Kansas and the sales service specialist helping the team succeed as they help farmers take their yields to higher levels. She has been a public education teacher, a Dale Carnegie instructor and has worked in customer service for two major companies. Tom and Regina live in Iola, and they have four children and six grandchildren. Besides being with family, they enjoy taking short trips riding their bicycles for fun and exercise.
